At the Alcázar Cooperative, we like to teach our way of working, which produces one of the best EVOOs in Jaén, thereby promoting interest in olive oil culture.That’s why we’re part of the Oleotour Jaén olive oil tourism programme, the Olive Oil Route, where we offer guided tours of our modern premises to show visitors the production process, packaging and sale of our EVOO.
