This process maintains the quality of the olive grove, the olive and the extra virgin olive oil. This oil is harvested and extracted in the first harvest at\u00a0<strong>the beginning of October.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This product is extracted from olives of the\u00a0<strong>Picual variety<\/strong>, which gives us an EVOO with fruity undertones perfect for consuming raw.
