This process maintains the quality of the olive grove, the olive and the extra virgin olive oil. This oil is harvested and extracted in the first harvest at <strong>the beginning of October.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This product is extracted from olives of the <strong>Picual variety<\/strong>, which gives us an EVOO with fruity undertones perfect for consuming raw. Within the culinary world, it can be used for all kinds of dishes, but to really enjoy its flavour and aromatic notes, we recommend using it as a dressing on salads and all other types of cold dishes.<\/p>\n<p>For optimum storage, we recommend keeping EVOO in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Premium EVOO<\/strong> is an <strong>Early Harvest<\/strong> extra virgin olive oil of the <strong>Picual<\/strong> variety.<\/p>\n<p>Comes in a \u00a0<strong>3L BIB (Bag In Box)<\/strong> container.
