At the Alc\u00e1zar<\/strong> Cooperative, we like to\nteach our way of working, which produces one of the best EVOOs in Ja\u00e9n, thereby\npromoting interest in olive oil culture.That\u2019s why we\u2019re part\nof the Oleotour Ja\u00e9n <\/strong> olive oil tourism programme, the Olive Oil\nRoute, where we offer guided tours of our modern premises to show visitors the production\nprocess, packaging and sale<\/strong> of our EVOO.<\/p>

You can also request an Oil Tasting<\/strong> in\nwhich you\u2019ll discover flavours and aromas to make you see olive oil\ndifferently. <\/p>
